Today, safety is a critical part of electrical products. Flame
proof is also increasingly significant factor for products
competing in international markets.
Flame proof has only become possible through the advent of
flame proof electrical insulation materials. New Oji Paper
has applied advanced electrical insulating materials technologies,
which it has cultivated throughout its history, to the development
of flame proof pressboards.
We believe that this product will provide manufactures with
a flame proof electrical insulating material that is suitable
for application in televisions, radios, and other consumer
electrical appliances.
Flame proof pressboard is manufactured using a special paper-making
machine that fills the paper with a flame proof agent. This
gives the paper a strong self-extinguishing (UL specification
94) quality.
